I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Masters degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. I strive to help clients see a way forward from feeling stuck by forming a collaborative, therapeutic relationship. This is where clients feel empowered to maneuver life transitions in an authentic and honest way.

While it is crucial to identify positive coping skills to navigate difficult times, it is equally as important to acknowledge and strengthen resources already in a client’s toolkit. I use a strengths-based, person-centered approach in my work with adults on setting manageable objectives to meet realistic goals.

Specifically, as a mom of young children who also works as a hospital social worker, I know first hand the struggle of balancing different aspects of life. Let's figure out what works.
